Changes to the RAG rating methodolgy
A working party was put together at the start of the Summer term to review the RAG process, with the brief to ensure they are relevant and up to date. More detail on the findings and changes can be found in the following documents: (changes to the RAG matrix are in green.)
The changes will come into effect immediately, meaning the Summer term RAG will review the schools' activities since the beginning of the Autumn term 2018.
The current review focused on updating the RAG around the previously agreed parameters, however in consultation with the Finance Consultancy Group, it was agreed that there is a further body of work required. It was agreed that a working party should be assembled of the different stakeholders to complete a full review of the process, the rating system, and what was included in the ratings.
