New Headteacher Induction Programme 2019-2020
The New Headteacher Induction programme has been developed by a team of experienced and enthusiastic Headteachers who are willing to support you in your new headship, whether you are starting this September or have been in post for part of this current academic year.
Dates of the induction programme for 2019-2020 are as follows:

The induction programme will provide the opportunity for new Headteachers/Acting Headteachers to be allocated an experienced Headteacher mentor. The September date will also provide an overview of the educational landscape in Norfolk and the education system's key stakeholders within it. It will provide the opportunity to introduce you to key personnel at Educate Norfolk, Norfolk County Council and the Diocese of Norwich. The subsequent days will build on the first day and focus on themes identified by leaders.
You are welcome to attend three of these days regardless of start date and they will be free of charge to all schools in Norfolk. We strongly urge and encourage you to attend.
