New referral forms for Access Through Technology (ATT) service
The way referrals to the Access Through Technology (ATT) service are processed, will change from Sept 2019. A request using our current referral form must be completed. Previous versions of the referral form will be rejected.
Referral forms and supporting evidence should be emailed to att@norfolk.gov.uk
