Inclusion Helpline Information - Autumn 2019

The Inclusion Helpline will reopen on Monday 9 September 2019.

The opening times will be:

Day Times
Monday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Tuesday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Wednesday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Thursday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Friday 1.00 pm – 4.30 pm

The Inclusion Helpline provides advice on the inclusion of children and young people at risk of exclusion. We hope schools will continue to use the Inclusion Helpline as an early source of advice and support as the SEND Transformation Project continues to review and reshape provision across the local authority.

We are pleased to share Charlotte Mason will be joining Dee Kirk as part of this service, and that Vicki Setters will be joining the Education Vulnerable Groups Achievement and Access Service as an Inclusion Adviser this term.

The Inclusion Helpline will be discussed at the ‘SEND Transformation Project – Workstream 1 Engagement Days’ on the 9 September 2019 (at the College of West Anglia) and on the 11 September 2019 (at the Woodside Centre, Norwich). These sessions are free to attend and places can be booked via SLA Online at www.educatorsolutions.org.uk or by emailing Amanda Seeley (amanda.seely@norfolk.gov.uk).
