Education Health & Care Plan Annual Review Paperwork and Training
Further to MI Sheet 136/19, the revised EHCP Annual Review template form is now available on the Local Offer at Annual Review of an EHC Plan. Please ensure that the latest version is downloaded and used for all Annual Reviews in future.
We would be grateful for your feedback on the new form as we intend to review it at the end of the autumn term, so we can add in information and the referral process for the new Preparing for Adult Life Service. Please send any feedback on the latest form to marianne.knights@norfolk.gov.uk.
We are also planning some twilight sessions for SENCOs on the Annual Review process and how to complete the paperwork. The following dates are confirmed and more will be scheduled and announced via MI sheet in the coming weeks:

I am pleased to report that we have cleared the backlog of Annual Review paperwork and we now want to ensure that we keep on top of the Annual Review process. I know that our Reviewing Officers have been making contact with schools to develop relationships and improve the Annual Review process and would thank you for your support in ensuring the paperwork is completed to a high standard so that all Reviews are processed in a timely manner.
