Norfolk Healthy Child Programme self-care week, promotional stands and displays

Self-Care Week will be running again this year from 18 -24 November 2019. It is an annual national awareness week that focuses on providing support for self-care across communities and families.

This year the theme of Self- Care Week is Think Self Care for Life.

Just like last year, the Children & Young People's Health Services' plan is to be able to promote their services to as many families, children and young people as able over the week.

They will be sharing new developments on the JustOneNorfolk.nhs.uk website, for example, information and materials on oral health, the digital P2P antenatal course, alongside current services and information. They also aim to raise the profile of the Just One Norfolk Health Passport App with any young people they speak with.
