Department for Transport Advice affecting transport by LA and Schools
Please note some important guidance for any school providing their own transport, particularly if there is a charge being made.
The detailed regulation and requirement to apply for exemption by 13 December 2019 is explained in the attached letter from Department for Transport (DfT).
Norfolk County Council will deal with any transport requirements organised through our Passenger Transport Unit.
