We are now into our third year of running an NQT Talent Pool. Following two successful years, we hope the register will be as popular and useful as ever this year. We opened the register for applications on 6 January and already have a record number of NQT's starting their applications.

Over the last few months, we have been working with teacher trainees via training providers in the eastern region to promote the register and undertake workshops on interview technique and applications.

If you are looking to recruit to a post for September 2020 that may be suitable for a newly qualified teacher, you can use the NQT Talent Pool as part of your candidate search. When submitting a recruitment advert simply complete the 'NQT Talent Pool'section on the Instruction to Advertise form and all suitable applications will be sent to you prior to your advert closing date. Alternatively, if you upload your own adverts or don't use the instruction to advertise form, please email us at jobads@educatorsolutions.org.uk to request us to undertake a search of the NQT Talent Pool.

HR 'A' and 'F' subscription customers can benefit from the NQT Talent Pool at no additional cost. For all other customers there will be a £50 administration charge per search, however, if there are no suitable applications to send no charge will be applied.

HR 'A'and 'F' customers can also request any potentially suitable NQT applications ahead of placing an advert. To do this please email us at jobads@educatorsolutions.org.uk and we will share with you those that meet your criteria.

As individuals apply to the talent pool, we will request references so that they can be sent to you along with the respective application form. NB. We advise that you still take up your own references for any shortlisted NQT applications - you can email jobads@educatorsolutions.org.uk to obtain the referee email addresses.
