Submission of EHCP Annual Review paperwork

Now that our team of EHCP Reviewing Officers are in place, we would like schools and settings to submit their annual review paperwork directly to the mailbox monitored by the Reviewing Officers instead of the senopsupport@norfolk.gov.uk mailbox.

Please use the address cs.senannualreviews@norfolk.gov.uk to submit all EHCP Annual Reviews from now on.

Please submit papers for one child/young person per email and add the following to the email Subject: Date of the Review meeting (in the format YYYYMMDD) - Yr X - Setting Name - Child/YP Initials. For example: 20200219 - Yr 5 - London Primary - MK

Please send the paperwork for each Review as soon as possible after the meeting and do not save them up and send them in bulk.

By providing the above information in the email Subject heading you are assisting the Reviewing Officer Team to monitor the numbers of reviews to be dealt with, allowing them to prioritise particular year groups and/or to quickly find a particular child's papers should they need to be processed quickly.

For information, as previously notified to you, we are in the process of updating the EHCP Annual Review form following your feedback. If you haven't already provided feedback on the latest template please email your views to marianne.knights@norfolk.gov.uk. We anticipate publishing the new version at Easter.

The current EHCP Annual Review template form is available on the Local Offer. Please ensure that the latest version is downloaded and used for all Annual Reviews in future.
