Management Information Sheet

As of Monday 23 March:

• All appointments at homes, clinics, preschool settings and schools have been cancelled for children and young people (CYP) living in Norfolk and Waveney who have speech, language or communication difficulties (SLCN)
• All parents will receive a phone call about their child's cancelled appointment(s), with the opportunity for additional advice to be given over the phone where possible and appropriate
• We will not be informing each setting and school individually about these cancelled appointments due to the very large number involved and limited number of staff at those settings/schools
• No new appointments for any CYP with SLCN will be booked in the foreseeable future
• The eating and drinking (dysphagia) service is continuing to support CYP as required
• There is information on our website: salt.ecch.org - this information will continue to be updated
• We are working hard to provide additional advice on the website
• We are planning to offer more telephone support for service users and are in the process of implementing this
