Norfolk Appropriate Body (NAB) are the largest, most experienced local Appropriate Body. We continue to provide Schools and NQTs with a robust programme of support, advice and guidance. Our scheme is underpinned by our drive to recruit and retain the best teachers. We ensure compliance of the statutory regulations so all NQT's receive a personalised programme of support to give them the best start.

We continue to offer:

  • Support from a dedicated, experienced team
  • Access to a suite of resources
  • Termly workshops for NQTs
  • Mentor training
  • A support package for vulnerable NQTs

In consideration of the potential challenges caused by the current situation we will be enhancing our provision of support. This will include a revised CPD offer. We will be working collaboratively with local ITT providers, Schools and professional bodies to ensure provision to meet local needs. Full information will be issued once arrangements are in place.
