To all our schools using Banking Signatory,

Due to complications regarding wet signatory and Barclays new signatory forms, we had some issues getting these forms to be authorised by Barclays, therefore we have decided to go back to the old procedure (forms) which all the existing signatories will need to sign along with the new additional signatories. This means, every new signatory form will replace the old one, therefore the only valid signatory will be the latest one and previous ones will be invalid.

Unfortunately, these forms may take longer than previously due to Covid-19 operating practises.

We would like all our schools, once they submit their new signatory forms, need to give at least two weeks before new signatories sign any cheques or also before calling Barclays to make sure that their new signatories are on the system to prevent any cheques being stopped, at -
