Communicating with the Finance & Business Services Team

The Finance & Business Services team are currently following NCC guidelines and are all working remotely. With this in mind we would like to update you on the appropriate manner to be communicating with the team, and outlining any additional steps needed as a result of having no access to County Hall. These steps are designed to ensure the safety and security of your schools data is kept as tight as possible, and to also ensure that delays are kept to a minimum.

Please do not send paper copies of signed documents:

  • Budget revisions
  • Signed School fund audits
  • Themed audit minutes
  • Any other documentation that you need to send to the team

We have implemented this because these will not be picked up and this will potentially effect your future RAG ratings. Please scan a copy of the signed document and email to finance.support@educatorsolutions.org.uk

If you have a school fund audit which needs completing, please can you email finance.support@educatorsolutions.org.uk to confirm that this has been sent. Once this has been done you are required to post all the documents to County Hall, to the following address:

We have had many enquirers as to whether schools can drop their paperwork off to County Hall like they have previously done. This isn't possible at the moment, there is no access to County Hall for visitors, or any of the Finance Business Services Team. If we are made aware that we are expecting a number of schools funds to be received at County Hall, we can make arrangements for one of the team to gain special access to County Hall to retrieve these. Please be aware this does take a number of days to coordinate and facilitate.

Without prior knowledge that these are to be received it increases the risk of your prime financial records being lost, and a delay in completing the service.
