Norfolk County Council is consulting on proposed admission arrangements for Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools for the school year 2022/23 and on the co-ordination schemes that will apply to all Norfolk Schools.

Information and the on line survey to respond to the consultation are available at: www.norfolk.gov.uk/education-and-learning/schools/school-admissions/norfolk-admission-arrangements/norfolk-admission-arrangements-2022-23 The consultation closes on 11 December 2020. Following this, the proposed admission arrangements will be referred to the Cabinet Member for determination.

Summary Of Consultation For The School Year 2022/23

The consultation states:

• No changes proposed to Admission Co-ordination and timetables for 2022/23
• Proposal to continue in-year co-ordination for Norfolk schools for 2022/23
• To include a priority within the over-subscription criteria for Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools for Service Personnel. The proposed over-subscription criteria is provided at Appendix D on the web page.
