On 2 December 2020, Barclays.Net experienced issues with the processing of imports for a small number of clients.

Unfortunately, an import submitted under our Client ID has been impacted. The impacted import will show as ‘Deleted’ within the View Import screen and will require recreating in order for these payments to be processed.

For any payments that have now missed their original value date, this will also need to be updated ahead of submission.

Therefore, we would like all our schools to check their BACS Payments (if they had any BACS Payment(s) during this date) to check whether the BASC Payment has gone through or not, by logging onto Barclays.net and checking Bank Statement or Transactions List or Payments List.
