Fully-Funded Professional Development Opportunities

In recognition of the impact of the pandemic on learners, Norfolk Children's Services have considered how we might offer additional support to schools. We are delighted to announce that we will be funding places on high-quality professional learning programmes for all Local Authority (LA) maintained primary schools.

The programmes will take place over two terms and are a blend of online and face-to-face sessions (restrictions permitting), designed to support classroom practice in a sustainable way. Resources and impact measurement tools will be provided, alongside tailored access to specialist advisers.

Each LA-maintained school will be able to access one fully-funded place on a programme of their choice. There also will be the opportunity for schools to purchase additional programme places. Non-LA-maintained schools can access programmes at a subsidised rate of £250.
