Medical Needs Service key documents have been updated for 2021-2022 and can be found on the Norfolk Schools website.

These include:

• The Norfolk County Council policy for the Medical Needs Service
• New ONLINE Medical Needs Service Referral, Continuation and Evaluation forms. Please note that we will no longer be accepting hard copy (emailed) referrals, continuation requests or evaluations from September 2021
• A new Pregnant Pupils policy for schools
