The EducationFinance team is pleased to bring you the latest installment of our new monthly release called the Finance Focus. This replaces weekly finance briefings which were hosted on Infospace, and were initiated in part as a way of keeping schools up to date over the COVID period.

The new monthly release is packed full of news articles about an upcoming budget planner upgrade, news of a Barclays branch closure, an article on the best practice for use of BACs and changes to how Barclays.net works.

Please be aware there is information included which will need to be read and understood prior to your school's next revision meeting.

Also contained within November's release are articles on the recent View My Financial Insights workshop delivered by the DfE, as well as the upcoming training calendar for the Autumn and Spring term.
