Norfolk's Scheme for Financing Schools includes a paragraph at section 4.2(d) to enable LA schools to carry forward additional exceptional year-end surplus balances, subject to the production of appropriate supportive evidence.

Attached below for your consideration are details of the process for LA schools to request an additional surplus balance exception together with the timescale for the information to be submitted.
