New Online Off-Roll Notification Form

Description

The CME team have developed an online, off-roll notification form for schools to use when they remove a child from roll because we know that the paper form is difficult to use and no longer fit for purpose. We hope the electronic format will be much more user-friendly for schools and offer a more secure method of data transfer.

We are delighted that we have been able to trial the use of the new form with a group of schools since the beginning of January 2022. As these trials have been successful, we are now able to roll the form out to all schools for use from the start of the Summer Term, 20 April 2022. We will no longer accept paper forms from this date.

In preparation for the rollout of the form there will be a briefing session held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 31 March at 2.00pm. This will involve a demonstration of the form and an opportunity for any questions at the end of the session.
