Join The Norfolk Schools' Day of Welcome for refugees
To sign up, visit the Norfolk Schools of Sanctuary website.
You will receive a range of resources for both primary and secondary and a 'Teachers' Guide' and information about 'Welcome Wheels'. Fundraising activities are encouraged.and this is a local charity which provides second-hand bikes to refugees and asylum seekers.
This year there will be also special Author Webcast by Michael Rosen and Miriam Halahmy.
The Day of Welcome is held on the Friday before Refugee Week and therefore provides a great way for children to participate in this event.
