Norfolk SENDIASS - New booking system
We would like to let you know that we are now using a new online booking system. Parents/carers and young people can now book their own appointment with one of our SENDIASS Advisors by visiting our website.
They will receive a consultation form by email following booking which must be completed to confirm the appointment. If this is not completed 72 hours prior to appointment then it may be cancelled. They will then receive both email and text reminders, followed by an evaluation form after the appointment.
