2022 Medical Needs Service policy and forms updates
Medical Needs Service key documents have been updated for 2022-2023 in accordance with changes to Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working together to improve school attendance 2022 and can be found at Medical needs service - Schools (norfolk.gov.uk)

Schools should familiarise themselves with these key documents. School colleagues who saved the 2021 updates should delete these.
