Inclusion and SEND Support for Schools - Autumn 1

Welcome back to the first half-term of the academic year!

We have a fantastic offer of fully funded and subsidised Inclusion and SEND advice, guidance, training and resources for your school this half-term, supporting you to develop more inclusive school cultures and curriculums for the whole-school community.

Early Intervention and Prevention

Led by Josie Rayner-Wells, Senior Adviser Inclusion, Early Intervention and Prevention

New SEMH e-learning offer

This e-learning training offer supports existing whole-school approaches to mental health and wellbeing and is therefore not an additional aspect to implement. It is focused on helping you to improve what you already do.

Norfolk Steps

We're excited to share with you our new Norfolk Steps programme. We will shortly be providing all delegates of the cancelled Norfolk Steps launch with a Norfolk Steps video. This video will replace the virtual launch events that were due to take place on Wednesday 14th September. This video will include:

  • Messages from Chris Snudden Director of Learning and Inclusion, Children's Services and Andy Tovell, Assistant Director, Inclusion and Opportunity
  • Messages from our Steps team
  • An exclusive first look at the new Steps digital content and overall programme
  • Information about how we can support you and your school with early intervention and support for managing complex or challenging behaviour.

If you are interested in learning more about how we can support you and your setting and to also receive a copy of the new Norfolk Steps video, please contact us at
