Supporting Transitions and Inclusion Record (STAIR)- Feedback Survey
We have been delighted to hear that the STAIR that was co-produced by early years colleagues, including childminders, practitioners, teachers, SENDCos, parents and carers and advisers, has been widely used to support children's transitions this term.
We are now seeking your feedback on how useful the STAIR has been so that it can be updated and improved.
You can give your feedback via this short survey. We would value feedback from anyone who completed or received the STAIR, as well as those who did not use the STAIR.
The survey is open now and will close on Monday 21 November.
In addition, the survey findings will be shared on Wednesday 30 November 6.15pm-7.15pm via TEAMS.
