EdenRed is only to be used for the purpose of the Household Support Fund and must not be used to raise orders linked to Industrial Action. If it has been used for this purpose, they must contact the FSM email fsmf@norfolk.gov.uk and arrange payment.

Where schools will be restricting attendance, and where pupils are eligible for benefit related free school meals, schools should work with their catering team or food provider to ensure that a good quality lunch parcel is made available for those pupils who are not in school.
