New online referral form for Inclusion and SEND support
The Inclusion and SEND Team supports mainstream settings with training, advice and guidance on Inclusion and SEND provision.
If you are concerned a pupil may be at risk of exclusion, please contact our helpline:01603 307736, Monday - Friday 9am-4.30pm.
For all other cases, please make a referral to the Inclusion and SEND team, by completing this referral form.

Within term-time, referrals will be reviewed the following working day and you will receive a response within 3 working days.
