End to funding (Homes for Ukraine scheme)
The Department for Education is ending top-up funding for children and school-related costs under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme.
This means that no further funding will be available beyond 31 March 2024. The current 3-term grant of up to £800 per term (£2,400 per pupil) will stop at the end of the Spring term.
To ensure you can access the full amount of funding you are entitled to, you will need to submit your grant claim by 15 March 2024 at the latest, to ensure payments can be processed within the financial year.
