Education Job Finder is the region's go-to jobs board for education and childcare vacancies. EducationHR have recently procured a new education system provider (Teacher Booker Ltd.) to run the jobs board and associated applicant tracking system. We are excited to announce that the refreshed Education Job Finder jobs board and system is now live! The system is much improved and will continue to develop to ensure your needs as recruiters are met.

Benefits of using the system:

• If you want to load your own adverts via the system it is a fast and efficient process
• Easily manage multiple adverts across multiple sites
• Receive online applications in the system - easy and smooth application process for candidates via the online application route, with functionality that enables candidates to save their main application details so that they don't have to re-enter it every time they apply for a vacancy. You can still re-direct candidates or add a downloadable application instead
• Easy application routes will attract candidates to your vacancies
• Continued 'feature job' and 'company page' functionality
• Continued promotional work in the county and beyond to continue attracting candidates to Education Job Finder
• All of the above is already included in the EducationHR Service A or the EducationHR recruitment subscriptions. If you don't already have one of these subscriptions, but would like to find out more please get in touch
• Unique integrated system with the Norfolk Supply Register so recruitment advertising and cover can all be managed from the same system
• No changes are being made to our processes for receiving advert requests from customers via the educationjobfinder@norfolk.gov.uk mailbox, and our Recruitment Team will continue to provide support
