Withdrawal of LA Funded Access to DCSF 'Schools Recruitment Service' (applicant tracking system)
Please note that we have not renewed the LA's subscription to the DCSF's Schools Recruitment Service and it is no longer possible for schools to access this service via the LA licence.
The subscription has risen by over 700%, an amount which is impossible to justify in the current economic climate, and only a very small number of schools took advantage of this service. If any of those schools who have been using the service want to continue to do so they can subscribe directly as an individual school if they so wish. See www.schoolsrecruitment.dcsf.gov.uk
Schools might like to note that the very similar system 'TES HireWire' is available at no cost to schools placing advertisements in either the TES newspaper or on the TES jobs website. See www.teshirewire.com.
