Business Continuity Plans

Work is continuing for Phase Two of the Risk Management in Schools Project which began with workshops in High Schools to create a Business Impact Analysis for your school. Business Continuity looks at loss of access to buildings, utilities and ICT as well as dealing with a shortage of staff for whatever reason.

The new guidance template works through practical steps you can take now to improve your resilience, reduce the period of any unexpected disruption and link the principles into the curriculum, wellbeing and community working. The document also contains essential call lists and checklists to help in the event of an incident.
