Norfolk PE Teaching Competence Standards

For Primary Phase Schools.

Due to a change in programme dates, there is still time for schools to book onto this excellent modular programme. The programme will now commence on the 25^th January 2012, not 8^th December 2011 as previously advertised.

Who is it for?
Teaching Assistants (NVQ Level 2 and above) in the Primary phase.

What is it about?
Empowering schools to provide high quality PE, this programme is aimed at Teaching Assistants to equip them with the knowledge for teaching PE and ensuring the delivery of High Quality PE and School Sport. This programme not only helps Headteachers to provide PPA cover through PE but also to raise standards and ensure a sustainable delivery structure.

Outdoor and Adventurous Activities at KS1/2,
Risk Management,
Assessment,
Supporting G&T Pupils,
Athletics KS1/2,
Dance at KS1/KS2,
