Teaching Assistants Course for Teaching and Inspiring Creative Approaches to Learning (TACTICAL)
There is still time to book places on this new and excting course aimed at Teaching Assistants starting on 24th February 2012.
This specialist programme will seek to develop a creative approach based on expertise and best practice from around the county. It will cover both theoretical and practical components and will always be contextual to the learning environment in which we work. It will look at drama, art, music, dance, movement, outdoor learning, mantle of the expert and ICT. The programme will adopt a golden thread which will flow through the whole programme based on SEAL approaches, personalised learning and thinking skills, collaborative approaches to learning and sound pedagogy. Tutors will include AST's and teachers from Outstanding schools.
