NIEAS School Leadership, Improvement and Development Services

Outcomes for children and young people are at the heart of what we do. Norfolk Integrated Education Advisory Services (NIEAS) do this, principally by helping you continue to develop and become more effective in what you do. In this booklet, we focus on some of the specific NIEAS services relating to school leadership, school improvement and school development. Whether your school is flourishing, or whether there are parts that need to be more effective, maybe following an Ofsted inspection, we hope that you will find something of use and interest to you and your colleagues.
