Soundfield Systems for the Teachers of the Deaf - Survey

Since 2009 Virtual School Sensory Support, together with what was then called the Schools Access Initiative, have been offering Soundfield systems for use in a classroom where there is a child with a significant hearing loss. They are now undertaking an audit of the use of these systems and hope that you will be able to help by completing the attached questionnaire.
