Leadership Academy - Autumn Term 2013

Following the endorsement of the Leadership Academy at the recent NASH meeting, we are opening the recruitment process now for the 2013-2014 intake.

The structure of the programme of the Academy will remain the same:

Leadership Academy 1 - for middle leaders aspiring to senior positions (Ref No. EPGK2)

Leadership Academy 2 - for those on SLT or SLG aspiring to further promotion (Ref No. EPGK3)

Both programmes are five day courses starting September 2013 and will be completed by March 2014 to keep staff in school in the final run-up to examinations.

The cost will be £300 per delegate. All sessions will be held at Thorpe St Andrew School from 9.30 am 4.00 pm.

The Academy provides an excellent opportunity to develop your aspiring middle leaders at minimal cost. They will learn from experienced heads and they will learn from each other. Good practice is readily shared and firm links established.
