Norwich - Your Choice Project
Funding opportunity for schools in the 'greater Norwich area' - Norwich Your Choice Online: An initiative supported by the National Trading Standards Stop Loan Sharks Project, Norfolk County Council, Norwich City Council and Cotman Housing.
.The deadline for applications is Midday July 31st 2013.
This is a small projects fund with a few differences.
The majority of the funding comes from criminal assets seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act. The Aim is to return some of this money to communities to help prevent crime in the future.
Another difference is that the shortlisted projects garnering the most votes get the money. Voting will be conveniently available online so you can circulate the link to your friends and supporters so that they can vote for your project.
In addition shortlisted Groups and Organisations will have the opportunity to present their application for public voting (and showcase services) at The Forum, Norwich on Friday 13th September 2013.
