These workshops will help delegates prepare for the key changes to performance related pay and pay scale which will be implemented from 01/09/13.

The course will focus on developing a clear understanding of the changes to School Teachers Pay and Conditions that will affect pay scales and annual performance pay. It will look at models for implementing revised structures and provide information on LA guidance for schools via LA policies on Pay and Performance. It will address a Q & A session.

£75 for Headteacher plus one governor / £90 for schools not purchasing HR Services package.
