Free Health Conditions training for schools - Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Epilepsy

This new training course is being delivered as a pilot at no cost to schools through a partnership between the School Nursing Service in Norfolk (Norfolk Community Health & Care) and the Healthy Schools Team in Norfolk. Under this pilot the training is not available to schools in Great Yarmouth but it is hoped it will be in due course. Initially these sessions are being provided centrally to allow schools to update their training. Future plans include offering the training to clusters of schools.

By attending the training participants will have an opportunity to update their understanding of these medical conditions and their impact on children and young people in schools. Participants will be provided with supporting information to cascade this information to colleagues back in school.
