The Health and Safety Incident Reporting Database Availability

NCC's online Health & Safety reporting system will be going through a planned upgrade from Thursday 22nd August to Sunday 8th September inclusive. While the site is offline you should use the interim measures below to report an accident/incident.

All minor incidents and injuries (i.e. non RIDDOR reportable)

Retain details of the incident locally and then enter into the system once it is back online.

All significant incidents and injuries (RIDDOR reportable such as broken bones or over 7 day absence from work)

Contact the HSW team on 01603 223989 for Adviser support or send an email to the HR Health & Safety inbox. Advisers will provide support to record incident details and carry out statutory reporting to the HSE if required. If you are in any doubt as to whether the incident should be categorised as minor or significant then please call the above number.
