Family Support Process (replacement to CAF)

Following the launch of the new Family Support Process on 1 September 2013 (which will replace the CAF in Norfolk) we have added more Refresher training dates for those workers previously CAF trained to give you an opportunity to hear about the new Family Support Form and Delivery Plan.

Please note:
If you have already booked a Common Assessment Framework (CAF) training course, you still need to attend it because all training events now cover the new Family Support Process.
