The Matthew Project - Survey Monkey

The Matthew Project Under18 Service is a multi-agency team of drug and alcohol workers providing a range of universal, targeted and specialist interventions for young people in Norfolk.

We would like to conduct some research in the form of an online survey to determine the current level of awareness among parents/carers of young peoples drug and alcohol services in Norfolk.

We would like to assess parents/carers perception of services and also identify what this group believe we should be offering to young people with regards to education and information around substance use.

We would like to give them the opportunity to critically evaluate young peoples drug and alcohol services in Norfolk and use this information to inform and improve the service we offer to young people and their parents/carers.

We would like to ask if you would be willing to assist us in reaching our target group by sending out the link https://www.surveymonkey.com/ in any newsletters/correspondence or other information sharing media you use. We are looking for responses from 1000 parents or carers by the end of 12 February 2014 and hope that you will be able to assist us in obtaining our goal.

All responses will be dealt with in line with the data protection act; we will store information securely and destroy it when we no longer need it. The results of the survey will be publicly available.

If you have any questions about this survey or require assistance please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

The Under 18 Service is available to work with schools, colleges and young people on issues relating to drug education, advice and support. If you wish to have further details, please contact us at the email address below.
