Support and Information on Drugs

SID (Support and Information on Drugs) was developed several years ago to support professionals in identifying young people's substance misuse related needs. Norfolk Drug and Alcohol Partnership (N-DAP) has decided to review SID, to find out whether it could be improved to ensure that the needs of young people in Norfolk are identified and met at the earliest opportunity.

This survey should take no more than five minutes to complete, it is anonymous and the information will be analysed and used to write a report for the N-DAP Young Peoples Implementation Group and made available on the N-DAP website. Your input will be really useful and much appreciated, so thank you for taking the time to fill it in.
