Managing absence and Capability Training

Members of the Employee Relations team will be providing two half day training sessions appropriate to Headteachers and other senior managers in schools on dealing with the poor performance of employees and managing employee absence. The day will be split into two distinct sessions so delegates are able to attend for the full day and receive training on both topics or opt to attend just the morning or afternoon session.
