This regional succession planning event is targeted at those who are close to headship and hold a senior position in school. It is organised by the Fens and Coastal Sub-Regional Succession Planning Group, comprising of LA advisers and Teaching School representatives from Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Suffolk and Norfolk.
