Health and safety training course for headteachers to be held at Kings Lynn
To avoid the need for headteachers in the west and north of the county having to travel to the County Hall Annexe at Norwich for training, the course Health and Safety Management for Headteachers will be run at the King's Lynn PDC on Tuesday 10 March; 10:00 to 16:00.
This course is ideal for heads who have fairly recently taken up their posts, or are new to working as a head in Norfolk; but many who attend the course are experienced heads who wish to review health and safety compliance at their school and check that they have all the key health and safety issues covered. The course provides sufficient overview for heads who are able to do so to delegate responsibilities such as fire and asbestos safety, and for heads of smaller schools to manage safety themselves until they are able to undertake more specialist training.
To book please phone HR Direct on 01603 222212. For further details please see the Schools' H&S Directory on Schools' PeopleNet.
