Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk Local Safeguarding Children Boards are concluding an Innovations project that pools knowledge and concerns across the Boards to improve the effectiveness of safeguarding practice when engaging with Eastern European migrant families

These two conferences will:

• Share and promote the learning from this project
• Enable managers to support the workforce to effectively identify and respond to risk when working with eastern European migrant families
• Complement the Safeguarding children and cultural competence training programme to ensure training skills are embedded and monitored

Target Audience: These two conferences are aimed at senior managers, managers and team leaders
