Norfolk Services 4 Schools - customer survey

My name is Stuart Mullineux and I have recently taken over responsibility for Norfolk Services 4 Schools having spent many years in a variety of business management roles in the private and public sector, most recently I was working at one of Norfolk's multi-academy trust sponsors. I am keen to provide education establishments in Norfolk and beyond with a range of support services particular to your requirements as the sector transforms.

The business unit is undergoing some fundamental changes in the way we operate, services we provide and the way we present these, bringing together a set of core services delivered by our own internal team and a group of other trusted providers to the education sector.

As part of this process I am keen to understand from you your perception of the services you may already procure, and any improvements or changes in our offer that you feel would benefit your establishment.
