Restorative Approaches (RA) on Norfolk Schools

RA helps develop listening and communication skills, encourages accountability and helps to build relationships and repair harm. This helps to make school a safer and happier place for staff and pupils, tackle bullying, raise attendance, reduce staff turnover and improve inspection outcomes.

The RA team has recently updated their content on the Norfolk Schools website. Click on the link to visit this section which provides you with ideas and resources to build relationships, resolve conflict and manage challenging behaviour. Headteachers / principals, leadership teams and governors in particular may find the information helpful.
