Trust Norfolk-SEN Transition Conference

Trust Norfolk-SEN (a Foundation Trust comprising the the 11 Norfolk Special Schools plus additional partners) is proud to announce that on 14 October 2016 we shall be holding our Transition Conference at the Kings Centre in Norwich (63-75 King Street, Norwich NR1 1PH). It's FREE and the hours are 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

If you support students with complex and or additional needs within your school setting, we would love to see you there. Please feel free to also share the attached poster with any families you feel might be interested. We have over 50 stands confirmed showcasing the very best that is on offer across Norfolk to support transition.
